RDS drum screen is a kind of equipment that can continuously and effectively screen out suspended solids in water. It is mainly used in sewage pretreatment or industrial screening process. In some sewage treatment, the filtered sewage can remove 30% to 60% of organic or inorganic suspended solids, greatly reducing the processing load of the subsequent process. The equipment is widely used for filtering fine solids in food, brewing, pharmaceutical, dairy and other industries.

Product Description

Application:RDS drum screen is a kind of equipment that can continuously and effectively screen out suspended solids in water.It is mainly used in sewage pretreatment or industrial screening process.In some sewage treatment,the filtered sewage can remove 30%to 60%of oganic or inorganic suspended solids,greafly educing the processing load of the subsequent process.The equipment is widely used for fitering fine solids in food,brewing, pharmaceutical,dairy and other industries.

Equipment components:drum,drive mechanism,discharge mechanism,ecoil pipeline,sealing assembly,inspection door assembly,tank body,slag hopper,etc.

Working process:Sewage(or other raw water)flows into the drum from the front of the drum surface through the drum surface and flows out from the bottom.The suspended solids in the sewage are retained on the rotating drum surface. The intercepted dit is sent from the water inlet end to the discharge end on the other side as the drum surface rotates,and is shoveled off by the discharge mechanism.
