Product Description
IRDS internally fed rotary screen is the equipment for medium flow, medium low solid rate wastewater. It is compact-sized, completely closed and low malfunction machine, which is solid-liquid separation device for normal wastewater.
The cuneal or punched type filter can be choose with the machine, the most common aperture is 0.25~6mm. The drum screen is supported by four rotating wheels, and the horizontal rotation is driven by TEFC reducer, roller chain and sprocket.
The spray system is automatically sprayed with water. The one piece structuredesign, solid structure, the high quality stainless steel materials, to ensure that the equipment can long-term trouble-free operation, low energy consumption simple maintenance, reduce the process after the processing load.

Fibre Movement Processes:

Being mesh plate retained fibres in the drum enrichment, enrichment fibre blocked part of the mesh, reducing the grille water capacity, in the drum grille selection of the early stage, will be in advance to take into account the clogging factor;
When the enriched fibre reaches a certain amount, with the rotation of the drum and the internal slag screw guidance, open the "snowball" mode, the fibre attached to the inner wall of the drum rolled into a "ball", with self-cleaning ability;
Part of the fibres stuck in the mesh or the gap, through the backwash nozzle cleaning, back into the drum, joining the "snowball" mode;
2/3 of the length of the drum is designed to be used for passing water and 1/3 for draining to ensure that the moisture content of the slag at the end is within a reasonable range.
