Braided belt filler is suitable for the treatment of urban domestic sewage, organic Industrial wastewater treatment with various concentrations (chemical industry, wool spinning, printing and dyeing, tanning, paper making, pharmaceutical, food
and other industries) and the restoration of micro polluted water bodies such as rivers, lakes, ponds and landscapes in anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic environments.

Function

They can also reduce the capacity of the bioreactor pool. The rope type filler adopts a mixed weaving method of elastic material and shallow nitrogen material, and the new packaging adopts a snake shaped weaving method to form a radial structure of circular fibers, increasing the surface area and suitable for the growth and reproduction of various microorganisms.

The concentration of attached microorganisms can reach over 150oo mg/L. Biological rope type fillers are circular radiative structures formed by elastic and soft materials, which can increase the porosity of the filler and enable good transport of solids,liquids,and air. The rope shaped packing ring structure can prevent excessive detachment of biofilm caused by water impact.

 

Scope of Application


 

Biological rope fillers have a high porosity, which has a better effect on membrane hanging and removal of high concentration industrial wastewater, replacing traditional elastic fillers and composite fillers.

With low porosity and good biological capture capacity, it is mainly used in artificial ecological floating islands of natural water bodies, aquaculture and river treatment, and low concentration sewage with BOD below 5Omg/L.
