Material
The MBBR system is made with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, which is known for its durability, chemical resistance, and low maintenance requirements. This ensures that the system can withstand the harsh conditions of wastewater treatment and provide long-lasting performance
Efficient Surface
The MBBR system has an efficient surface area of >500m²/m³, making it highly effective in treating large volumes of wastewater. The increased surface area allows for more biofilm growth, resulting in better treatment efficiency and faster pollutant removal.
Void Ratio
The void ratio of our MBBR system is >95%, meaning that most of the system is comprised of open space for biofilm growth. This ensures that the system has enough room for the biofilm to grow and effectively treat the wastewater, resulting in cleaner and safer water.
