  The 1-to-4 cross-type retrievable aeration disc is an important part of Shanghai Dubhe Environmental Protection's retrievable aeration system. It adopts a cross-shaped layout, with a single unit integrating 4 aeration discs, which is compatible with the system through connection methods such as QTS saddle. Its core design is a retrievable structure, using the branch air riser as a lifting device, which allows the aeration unit to be directly lifted out of the water without draining the tank, facilitating thorough cleaning, maintenance and replacement, and ensuring that the aeration system is always in optimal operating condition. All underwater components are made of stainless steel supports, which are highly durable and can stably meet the aeration needs of wastewater treatment scenarios for a long time.

  1. No shutdown for maintenance:No need to drain water or stop operation during inspection or replacement, avoiding economic losses caused by shutdown and ensuring continuous wastewater treatment.
